Garbage Pick-Up​

The regular garbage pickup day is Tuesday

Timings to place garbage outside to prepare for pickup are between Monday 6:00 PM to Tuesday 7:00 AM.

 

If there is a long weekend, the garbage pickup day will be Wednesday.

Garbage In The Backyard

Residents are requested to keep their backyards clean. The corporation may choose to hire contractors to clean the backyard of units whose owners don’t keep their backyards clean. Any expenses incurred by the corporation in this regard will be charged back to the unit owner’s account and will be collected as common expenses.

Important Info

Your recycling must be placed in a clear or blue transparent bag to be collected.

​

Construction material is not allowed in the garbage.

​

Do not dump garbage in areas or times when you are not supposed to as there is a 24/7 video surveillance system in the complex. Violators will be traced and charged back.
