Shingle/Flat Roof Repairs

The Fleetwood Estates will have shingle replacements completed during the month of October. There will be incoming memos that will inform residents of the dates their shingles will be repaired.

Road Rebuilding

PCC 27 has successfully undertaken the task of rebuilding the deteriorating roads within the complex. With meticulous planning and execution, we have revitalized the crumbling roads, ensuring smoother and safer travel for all residents in the complex.

Electronic Display Boards

PCC 27 has taken a significant step forward in enhancing communication and engagement within the community by replacing outdated LED message boards. Our corporation has introduced cutting-edge 6-foot high electronic LED display boards, providing a modern and visually appealing platform for conveying important information and updates.

Eavestrough Replacement

In the event of any issues with drainage, we have devised a comprehensive plan to replace the existing eavestroughs. Our team will assess drainage concerns and employ state-of-the-art techniques to install new eavestrough systems. With PCC 27's dedication to quality and attention to detail, residents can rest assured that their homes will be safeguarded against potential water damage, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for all.

Window Repairs

PCC 27 prioritizes resident satisfaction and comfort, which is why we offer a responsive window replacement service. Whenever a window is in need of repair or replacement, or upon request from a resident, our dedicated team will promptly assess the situation and take the necessary steps to install new windows.

Driveway Repairs

Whenever a driveway is deemed necessary for repair due to damage or deterioration, our skilled team will assess the situation and carry out the necessary repairs, ensuring a smooth and functional surface for residents' convenience and safety.

Camera Installation

As part of our commitment to the safety and security of the complex, PCC 27 is implementing a comprehensive security system featuring 150 advanced surveillance cameras with a built-in license plate reader scanning cars when they enter/exit the complex. These cameras will provide full coverage of the entire complex, ensuring round-the-clock security monitoring.
